Terms of Service

1. Terms
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of OpenArchive's website and all services. Read those terms carefully and make sure that you understand what you have read.
2. Use License

Permission is granted to download the software you are licensed to. In particular, you are allowed to:

Use the software for commercial purposes.
    Customize the software.

You are forbidden to:

Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on OpenArchive's web site.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials (unless you bought the rights).

Your license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by OpenArchive at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format. By purchasing the OpenArchive you automatically state that you agree to OpenArchive Refund Policy.

The only person eligible for the software support is the software licensor (the person who bought the license/software). In case of any suspicious activity, OpenArchive reserves the right to terminate the license or require the licensor to use his payment email address for support contact.

OpenArchive Admin Panel is hosed on secure OpenArchive servers. OpenArchive guarantees 99% server uptime and full HTTPS connection from/to the admin panel server. OpenArchive also guarantees that it will never access any of you data, attempt any unauthorized connection to your database and will not interfere with your data in any other way. Your data is not being kept nor cached on our server, and it's accessed via secure DB API queries only.
3. Termination of the agreement
Any type of dispute or chargeback will result in a permanent license suspension. In case of any Terms Of Service violation, OpenArchive may suspend the customer license and terminate the coding agreement. OpenArchive may also terminate the agreement if the customer threatens/blackmail/make false accusations against OpenArchive or its employees. No refund is applicable in those cases.
